We regret to inform our audience that due to the unexpected death of Ofer Zur, PhD in February, Praxis Peace Institute will hold a discussion for Praxis members on the themes that Ofer was going to address on April 5th.
What is the psychology of warfare, propaganda, and manipulation in today’s world.? We will explore how enemies are created, portrayed, and perpetuated in modern conflicts. From historical strategies of dehumanization to the impact of advanced technologies like AI, drones, and cyberattacks, we will discuss the evolving faces of enmity and their profound effects on societies and individuals. A good reference book is Sam Keen’s “Faces of the Enemy.” Ofer worked with Sam in this field.
