U.S. Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey (D-CA) will address our conference on the opening day, June 13, 2004. Rep Woolsey will speak about the "Smart Security Platform (Resolution #392) for the 21st Century" that she has introduced in Congress.

U.S. Congressman Sam Farr (D-CA) from Monterey will also be speaking. He and Congresswoman Woolsey both were early sponsors of Dennis Kucinich's Department of Peace Bill.
